My interview process with Mode was pretty straightforward. After an initial call with the head of talent and a longer face to face meeting I was invited onsite to meet the team. The coordinator was super transparent and clear throughout the scheduling process, and I left the onsite round feeling super excited about Mode's culture and vision. The company values really came through in all my interviews, and the questions the interviewers asked were thoughtful and didn't feel generic. Overall a really smooth process, I was never left hanging and I happily accepted the offer :)

Mode's interview process was probably the most transparent I've seen in a while. Big focus on culture and very straightforward conversations about what the candidate is looking for and why that may or may not be a fit for Mode Analytics. It seems like culture is very big for them, but they definitely dig into your ability to do the job. In the function I applied for, there were lots of role play and situational questions, which I needed to problem solve for. Something I liked was that there were no strange questions, which the Bay Area tech companies are famous for.
