Got a phone call from recruiter, asked me a few basic questions regarding OOP and basic programming. After a week the second person interviewed me (technical interview by Skype audio), including a 20-min programming work and some other basic questions. A month after the recruiter called me again discussing their program with me. That includes I have to sign a two years contract, have to open to relocate and I will be fined for up to 15k if I break the contract. Then two days after the third recruiter interviewed me (behavioral interview by Skype video) and explained again with their program. I finally declined the offer since the contract is too long.

First Phone Screening Interview had 5 questions. All the questions were relatively easy. They explained about the frequent travel required for the job. Must be committed for 2 years on contract.

OOP related questions that all developers should know. Live coding which was fun and exciting! A few questions that related to memory based issues in software. There was also some database related questions that made me think a bit.

Asked simple questions relating to software development. Even if you miss 30% of them, you still get the offer. After that, the next interview was a simple programming interview where they asked me to write to python scripts and tell them the runtime of them.
