The company maintained clear communication before the interview, providing insights into the process and informing me well in advance. The interview itself was professional, covering technical concepts, behavioral questions, soft skills, and client-handling scenarios, which was expected for the Implementation Engineer role. However, post-interview, the communication completely broke down. Despite MoEngage claiming to have a "transparent hiring process," I was ghosted—no response, no update, nothing. Given the effort put into the multi-stage process, this was highly unprofessional. Additionally, the entire hiring process was extremely slow: Applied in January Received an assignment after 3 weeks (Full-stack project) in February Interview was scheduled 2 weeks after submission, happened in March 1st week No response after the interview If you’re considering applying here, be prepared for delays and poor post-interview communication.
