2 online tests , coding test , technical interview , General Interview , HR discussion Applied online and they have sent test link to completed. It consists of Aptitude and personality questions. Completed the test. Again we need to write the same test for aptitude in supervision of HR. Once the test is done HR told the result there itself and sent online coding test. it consists of 2 java program questions and testing related 3 questions. Submiited that test and cleared it. Next was technical round of discussion. There were 3 people in the panel. First manager has told something about mitratech and its products. And after asked my introduction. One person asked questions related to Java , selenium and manual testing. Gave some example and asked to explain how to write test cases. Next manager asked all the process related questions , explain the framework , situation based testing questions. Overall very smooth interview and i cleared it. After that it is non technical director level interview with Indian locations head. Asked my roles and responsibilities and reason for leaving previous organizations. After that HR called and discussed about the salary. explained the benefits. Overall very good experience , good hike as per market.
