Got direct call from Company, after CV shortlisting,1st round was telephonic which was focused on pure technical stuff (VoIP/SIP). Next day got a call for F2F, there were 3 F2F rounds, 2nd & 3rd round was pure technical again. 4th round was managerial cum technical, focused on testing skills. 5th round was HR, general questions like salary, notice period etc etc.. Overall process was very good, panel was very professional, they know what they are looking from candidate and they stick to it. Professional HR team. Overall process took 2 weeks. Happy with offer.

I applied MiTel Interview through CareerNet Recruitment Agency. The interview was at MiTel Office, Presented in Manyata Embassy Tech Park, Hebbal, Bangalore in February 2018. After waiting for 1 hour i was called to take up the written test, which was not told earlier by the recruitment agency. I took it and after clearing it , was asked to wait for some time. Lunch was arranged by MiTel for all the candidates who were waiting for next rounds Round1 Asked Basic Questions on OOP, Java, Servlets and JSP Round2 Asked in-depth questions in Multi Threading, JEE, SQL Round3 Asked design level questions Round 4 Asked Programming Coding questions The interview panel was not clear about the questions they are asking and also not able to identify the requirements and the candidates qualifications I felt that i have wasted my whole day by attending this interview
