We had a speed dating interview process. 8 x 10 minute interviews with a variety of disciplines and levels within the team. The applicants were given a short briefing on what was going to happen introduced to each other then the interviews began! It was a bit of a blitz but fun. Afterwards they hosted drinks and and opportunity to chat informally which was great.
