Group interview, it took about an hour.
The interviewer creates a very comfortable atmosphere.
Short talk, Self-introduction, answering question "Talk about your shopping experience in MINSO no matter good or bad. What did you buy? How much you know about our product".
And then is role playing, 2 people a group, one be the customer another be the sales assistant. Acting a short situation such as customer complaint, refund, recommended product or anything maybe happend in the store.
Finally, asking the question to HR.
The interview is good, but no reply. The interviewer said that he would send an email within one week to tell us the interview results (No matter got the job or not). But actually I didn't got any email, although I have sent two follow up letter.

Easy, detailed and non-judgemental. The manager was a very nice person who just wanted the basic information, no elaborate questions or expectations. It was over in a few minutes and later that same day I received a message asking me if I would be available to start x day x shift. Very swift process.
