HR followed by RM then Recruitment Head. No test and all were in person discussions except initial recruiter call. Salary negotiation took 4-5 days. Mostly they ask about starts, create strings, US tax terms etc. Last few placements, why you want to leave, education, family related basic things.

I had one phone interview and then was ghosted. I reached out several times to the recruiting team but got no response. It would have been nice to at least get an email saying I was not longer being considered.

The process was easy, the interview can ve either virtual or in person, for freshers the questions are easy related to IT or basis knowledge, have been working for almost 2 years now.
