The first step was an HR discussion — standard questions about experience, salary expectations, and availability.
The second step was the technical round, where I had to build an Android app using Room (local persistence), Paging (for data loading), and Coroutines (for async operations).

Initial interview with the HR, she passed me a technical project to do within 7 days. I spent 3 days doing it, after I sent it didn't get any response even after sending an email asking for one. Really disrespectul.
