The interview overall was comfortable. Interviewers were friendly and let you speak your mind. However i feel they are very much skewed and narrow minded. One of the interviewer was 5 years experience in same company and has absolutely no idea about various market and type of businesses outside. The other interviewer was hardly speaking, but seemed to be judgemental. All the questions was about the resume and past experience. And they seemed to disagree with scenarios that may occur (they seemed to be too boxed only about mimecast and absolutely no idea about other domains). Probably the interview panel should be more open in welcoming to hear the QA processes and challenges other domains are facing and not restrict themselves only to mimecast environment.
