Entretien
I was recruited and vetted by a contracted HR recruiting firm. The first interview with the HR recruiter included a work style and personality assessment which narrowed the candidates. The second interview was at Midwest Appraisal Management with the CEO and COO. The interview lasted about a half hour and the recruiter called the day after with an offer.
