After filling out an application online, I was contacted for a brief phone interview of about 30 minutes. Following the phone interview, I was contacted to meet in person for a formal interview. Within a week after the interview, I was offered the position. The interview consisted of basic behavioral questions. Be prepared to go over your resume. I was also introduced to the manager of the entire facility and further questioned by him. Therefore, the interview was mostly 1:1 until the second "interviewer" was introduced. The last part of the interview was a tour of the facility. Overall, it was an easy interview where the main focus was to gage personality, enthusiasm, and relevant skills.

Casual interview with camp director, mostly went over my resume. No difficult questions at all. Then a follow-up, group interview where we introduced ourselves to the manager and figured out what parts of the summer we were available and our past experience with kids.
