The interview was a really bad experience. The interviewer was 10 minutes late and too cold in his expressions. On that, he was very rude and did not even apologize for being late. Throughout the interview, it was visible that he was not interested in the interview and was doing some other work along with the process. After a week he replied he was not proceeding with my candidacy. I wonder how such people are even in companies as big and great as Micron who don't care for their jobs and don't bother how important these interviews are for candidates. I am sure, as he said he is going with some other candidate, he might have filled the position with nepotism.
