Worst process and mindset Micron Bangalore ( Stay Away)
The first 2 rounds from USA and called for F2F interview . The USA rounds were more focused on technical know how.

I read the similar experience which I was about to write in the review .
Q1> Why you want to change the previous company in 2-3 years ?
Q2> Explain the the bug you found in previous company project ( 6 years back project) ...
The interviewer asked me the tenure for the companies. ( it means he haven't gone through my resume). He was with all negative attitude and angry face. He asked me why you want to change the company in 2.5yrs time ... ? and without listening to my answer he concluded :
The people like you destroy the ecosystem of Indian companies and companies are not growing due to this ..
I think , the interviewer himself has changed the companies in 2-3 yrs however it doesn't matter.
Better not to join such companies..as I do not have any idea about the Micron culture.. however Micron Bangalore culture is surely not good and definitely they will not sustain in Bangalore market with such mindset.

Talk when asked about the subject don’t try to act smart .

Entretien
Firstly, I did through phone interview with my manager which was very simple check such as communication and my work back ground. Later, I went to Singapore and I did face-face interview mostly group interview with team members, partner team managers and director in my team.
