I went through an interview with an AI agent. I set up an external webcam, but the platform was always using the internal one. The agent asked me questions and I answered while it was recording. In the last step, the agent seemed "buggy" since it asked me a question and jumped to the next without I have the chance to answer it. Last step was code, everything went fine there.

It was quite difficult not gonna lie it was a bot who takes your interview instead of a real person followed by an writing assesment as well. so my overall experience is fine not too good not too bad i guess.

AI interview. It is a waste of time. It would be nice to speak to a real person instead of wasting people's time talking to a bot. Would recommend looking elsewhere for a job.

Avoid this company. After completing the initial application process I immediately got a link to do an AI interview requiring audio and video recording. If I had known that I wouldn't have applied. They then started spamming me with emails to complete the AI interview within a certain a deadline. As the deadline passed the emails continued except now there was no deadline and they weren't for data engineer role anymore. They were for "Silicon Valley companies eager to interview you". I went to their site to delete my data, the emails continued, I emailed them to delete my data citing GDPR, the emails continued.
Stay well clear of this company.
