The interview was surprisingly rigorous for a fun, part-time job. The interviewers were nice and helpful, but they asked a lot of questions and wanted detailed, real-life examples for answers. I also had to audition on my instruments and take a music theory test.

The owner asked situational questions. Instead of asking how you handle conflict she asks you to describe a situation where you handled conflict. You also have to audition and play the instruments that you would like to be certified on. I prepared ahead of time a piano and vocal piece. They also had me sightread on piano, voice, and violin.
