My first interview was in-person and I met with 5 people at once including the head of the department. Very intimidating. Some team members were really negative and seemed to dislike their job, it was awkward at times. The manager of the role was really nice and lovely. No job offer, they ghosted me then i got an auto rejection email 3 months later.
