The people I spoke to at Metaview were very kind and professional.
They clearly care about the interview process, and do a good job of assessing your knowledge, looking for strengths rather than trying to pin you down on your weaknesses.

Entretien
Informal recruiter call, general interview with CTO, live coding challenge interview involving displaying the content / dialogue from a video call conversation.
The live coding challenge was late on a Friday, there were technical issues. I was told I’d be sent context before hand but I was not.
Ghosted after the coding interview and had to follow up to get very brief / unhelpful feedback.
Everything about the interviews were super clear and all Metaview people were friendly. Scheduling and communications were also quick. Interviews felt like more of a work environment simulation which is a nice thing to have during an interview.

Entretien
There were a few technical interviews, two on coding, one on architecture. That was followed by a more general interview with the founders. They were pretty expedient and the recruiter was pretty helpful and friendly.

One of the interviews was to write some python code using PIL to detect text in pictures and cross it out.
