It was smooth and well guided, the hiring process was explained very clear, the contact person is very easy to reach and have promptly response, and I received a letter on unsuccessful result, I think this is good for interviewers to move on

Quite patronising tone throughout. Interviewers seemed more interested in worshiping the company than assessing candidates. Lacked genuine curiosity or respect. Left feeling undervalued and unimpressed by Meta’s process and culture.
