I applied online. Took an online assessment then followed by the video interview. The video interview consist only 5 questions. You can re-record your answer as many as you want.
I will be going to the recruiting session on wednesday at holiday inn dulles airport.

Super easy! Did a video interview that was about 4 questions, mostly about you and customer service questions. Had an online interview with recruiters and waited about a week for a phone call.

Online process where you record videos of yourself answering questions and you have unlimited time to think of an answer and unlimited takes. But you do only have one minute to answer. Questions are pretty easy if you put some thought into them. About a month later I was invited to a group interview session via zoom as well as a one-on-one interview.

Very easy process. Honestly, it was such a pleasant Interview process. Fairly quick to move forward or to know you were not accepted. The recruiters were open minded and enjoyable to talk to. None of them were so intimidating that you felt unworthy.
