I applied online through their careers site. I was contacted about a week later from the Branch Manager asking for an interview. The interview was with the Assistant Branch Manager where they went over my resume with me, asked about my knowledge of the banking industry and why I was interested. They went through behavioural based interview questions with me, then asked my salary expectations. I then met (in the same day) the Branch Manager for a second interview, it was much more casual and conversational focused. I then completed a personality survey online. About a week later I received a formal offer from HR.

Straightforward, had to apply through their job board and then received an email from hiring manager to schedule a time. Due to my location at the time, I opted for an online interview, but in-person was also an option. Interview was about 30 minutes, and hiring manager got back to me quickly.
