First they start you off with a phone interview. Nothing too bad. An in person interview comes next. You interview with a group from the company. They asked fair open-ended questions. Company is business casual. It was a friendly environment overall.
First is a phone screen/interview Second is an assessment. If you pass the assessments you move forward to a virtual interview with one manager and at least 2-3 supervisors. If you pass then they will complete a background check and drug screening.

Phone Interview: very straight forward; basic situational questions then if they tell you they'll send you a link to the online assessment to see if you qualify for in person interview. Online Assessment: easy . In Person Interview (declined in person interview after hearing more about job).
