The talent acquisition team is very slow and least bothered about the hiring. They mention that they would get in 2 days or in a week and then are ghosted. Even when you try to follow-up, there is no response. Finally I gave up after my technical. If you do not have any requirement, please don't waste our time and efforts along with your interview team's. If you do have the requirement, please have the courtesy to inform the candidate of your decision (could be positive or negative) instead of ghosting. They deserve to know the outcome after investing their time on your process. If you can't respect their time here, they can understand the respect you give when they join the organization. Company culture matters and no one deserves such mistreatment.
