Horrible and traditional HR didn’t shortlist candidates and assuming candidate would job hop without understanding the reason why. You should not even send candidate to the the assessment if you do not intend to shortlist the person in the first place. Thanks for wasting my half day doing it.
Outdated HR with preconceived notion got to bring their old brains to the grave, it’s spoiling the market off potential talents
