Case study was pretty easy but long - you have to do a mock cold call during the interview following the case study

Why Sales? When is the last time you set a goal for yourself?
Process went very smooth, had 4/5 interview sessions with different team members, I was impressed with culture, many new tasks and non percentage salary basic. It’s new for me as a sales person but I believe and from what I heard from people it gives you peace of mind

Entretien
The process is:
- Coffee chat (around 30 minutes, online)
- Business case (assignment)
- Competence interview + mock call (1 hour, at their office)
- Culture interview (1 hour, at their office).
