Very confusing, HR did not communicate well between me and the team I was interviewing for. Also they double booked interview time spots. Eventually I met with HR lady and then the team. Team was very nice but it was obvious HR did not understand the position. Overall not good experience so I took CRC job elsewhere.

Second interview with department hiring manager/ surpervisors
Third interview with chosen physician, it was great interviews but I didn’t get hired. The recruiter said they all loved me but I guess not enough.

The interviewers were friendly and straightforward, they asked the typical tell me about yourself and behavioral questions. Be prepared to link your experience with MSK's values and the job description. Personally my interview process stretched out for 3 months for 2 interviews only because that specific department can be hectic and sometimes disorganized.
