The interview process started with a group interview consisting of about 15-20 other candidates. The interviewers had a presentation prepared as an intro to the company and to explain the role itself. After the presentation, they had us introduce ourselves and ran through a short exercise. From there, they chose some people that they liked for 1 on 1 interviews in the afternoon of the same day.

Describe one of your hobbies as if you were trying to sell it to me
made it past the screening, learned from hiring manager they expect 150 dials per day, which is insane. you are a full cycle rep, how are you supposed to run any demos and close any deals if you are dialling 150 times per day. Not to mention the base pay is trash. what a joke.

Very kind and supportive team! However, I felt that the interviewer was not quite engaged from the beginning. Overall, great experience and enjoyed the process. The interview left me feeling excited about the opportunity and what it would be like to work at the company!
