I recently underwent the interview process with Mega Global, and it was an infuriating experience. The entire procedure was unnecessarily protracted, with long waiting periods for updates. Instead of focusing on potential candidates, the company seemed more interested in flaunting their products at the career fair, which was a blatant waste of everyone's time. To make matters worse, the in-person interview could have easily been conducted via Zoom/Teams, saving time and resources for both parties. The most appalling aspect was the blatant bias towards promoting a specific religious background (CCF/Born Again Christian), showing a complete disregard for diversity and inclusion. Overall, my experience with Mega Global was deeply disappointing, and I hope they seriously reconsider their hiring process and workplace culture.
