Had a great initial meeting with Product owner(Kevin), then a second meeting with 2 customer service heads and a third interview with Dev lead and architect. All were promptly scheduled and friendly, typical casual interview process. One dev(Matt) was friendly, human and relatable, the architect (Yuta) was disengaged, distracted and didn't seem to absorb any of the answers I provided before moving on to read the next scripted question in a completely unemotional manner; most of which were generic "give me an example when you..." I feel I provided reasonable answers and was given the opportunity to ask about some of their challenges, their daily life as a developer. I felt despite my negative experience that the interview went reasonably well.
