The interview process is two rounds after application submittal. The first round is with an HR Rep the gages your interest in the company and gets a general idea of your experience. The second round interview is with the hiring manager and they really want to get a sense of your experiences
Interview call with HR, then call with hiring manager. they asked questions about prior experience in medical device industry as well as technical questions. They also asked about past projects and how to work with a team.

Chat with recruiter and then hour long call with hiring manager. No technical questions, just chatted about recent projects and a few behavioral style questions. I only chatted with one person for the hiring manager interview

It was a pretty standard screening call with talent acquisition first. Then I had a video call with the hiring manager. I never heard back after that, but a couple months later got notified that the job was closed.
