Only spoke to internal recruiter; conversation lasted 35 minutes. After I described the licensing & acquisition work I’ve done, including steps of due diligence and size of deals, the recruiter said he was looking for a S.T.A,R. formatted answer. Well then, ask a question in the correct format for a S.T.A.R. answer (i.e. Describe an obstacle/problem you’ve encountered during a recent transaction and how did you resolve it.) I shouldn’t have expected much from a recent grad from Mississippi State University. Where do such big companies find such small people to do their talent searches?!
