Role: IT Business Systems Intern
Interview Process:
- Initial phone call with the hiring manager.
- A 45-minute virtual interview with a manager.
- Two back-to-back 30-minute interviews with senior managers.
I applied for the position through Handshake in late September and received a response in November. The first phone screen was straightforward, focusing on standard behavioral and background questions. During the second interview, the manager was very kind and asked about my familiarity with the company and the role. The final stage involved two interviews with senior managers, where the focus was on determining if I was a good fit for the team and assessing my ability to collaborate. Overall, the process was smooth, and everyone I interacted with was approachable and made the experience comfortable.
Tips for Success:
- Be conversational: They’re looking for candidates who can communicate effectively and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Ask thoughtful questions: Demonstrating curiosity and interest goes a long way.
- Do your research: Take time to understand the company, its mission, and its role in the healthcare manufacturing and supply industry. Familiarity with the position and the industry will help you stand out.
