There was a half an hour interview with HR over the phone with pretty standard behavioral questions. Then an onsite interview with four or five division presidents with 20 to 30 other candidates (recent grads or college seniors). Everyone was very nice, and wanted you to feel comfortable and do well. Mostly university of Illinois and university of Wisconsin candidates. The night before the interviews there was a dinner with the company where they gave you the names of the people you were interviewing with the next day.

3 rounds of talking — interview was a while back so don’t remember much. Questions were fairly generic so unsure how they come up with their decisions. It felt as if this was a personality hire type of interview with not as much substance
