Very awkward interview, was asked inappropriate personal questions that did not pertain to anything. Interviewer had researched my personal family and brought it up in interview. Interviewer could not answer why Medline was voted “best workplace for women” and called it HR hype. Was very turned off by this

There were 3 interviews. One was with recruiter, one with manager and QA and the last one was with the director of the customer service department. The last one was more of a get to know you where they offered the position.
Very easy. Just have reasons why you think you'd be a good fit and your sales process. Have a plan in mind going in and be confident with your answers.

I had a total of 9 interviews. First was with a recruiter, then with the Divisional Manager, then a ride with a Sales Rep/trainer (not as formal of an intervew) and then a trip to corporate and had another 4 interviews (each one lasting 30 mins with higher ups from various departments) and then a a final one with the Regional Manager. The Regional said "she was the deciding factor" after it was a 50/50 split on whether or not to hire me during the corporate interviews. The final meeting was more or less her getting to know me.
