Applied for position and went through an initial screen w/ internal recruiter. Next step
was a 3 hour arduous assessment test to see if my personality was a good fit for company. Passed the test and was asked to interview with District Manager.

Explain your experience in different sales situations.
Similar questions were asked over and over
and over. Usually hiring managers have things to discuss and build rapport with you in between questions but clearly not with Medline. In my opinion our conversation was one-sided only.

Went through multi-layered interviews, full product knowledge, and documented years of relationship building. Boilerplate rejection email. "At this time, we are not moving forward in the process as there are other candidates who more closely align with the needs of the team". Medline is still recruiting for the job XX months later. I guess I wasn't young enough.

3-4 rounds of interviews first with recruiter, then direct manager, regional manager and finally the VP. It can be lengthy as they need time to collaborate with one another and it doesn’t seem like a major priority.
Entretien passé dans la cafétéria d’une station essence sur une aire d’autoroute! Peu professionnel et non respect de la confidentialité. Le manager pose des questions discriminantes telles que: âge, situation familiale, âge des enfants.
