Let me just say this. The internal recruiter who initiated contact with me (won’t name her because I’m not that bitter) didn’t even have the common decency to call me after I was not offered a position. Instead she emailed me a rejection template.
I went through one round where I spoke with two managers and was asked to shadow a few recruiters via Zoom. After I went through this she sent me the email.
I wasn’t a fit for the role - okay no problem. Not everything is going to be a fit. But it was the lack of professional follow up. I replied to the email asking if there was anything I could have done differently and got ignored.
Didn’t have the professional courtesy to A) pick up the phone and explain and B) answer my email. This is not how you treat applicants who spend 2-3 hours of their time going through your process.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Medix (Chicago, IL)
Entretien
The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

Question 1
They asked me about my education goals and how they directly aligned with the medical sales recruiter role
A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.
Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
