Phone screener with cooperate recruiter. She was super nice, warm and accommodating. The second round was with ladies Vania and Josie in the Maryland/ VA market. Typical interview, however I was asked about college I did not finish 10 years ago( experiences, what I liked about the school etc). One of the panel member asked “ who was your favorite professor and can we reach out for a reference”? If i explained I did poorly and did not finish why would you reach out for a reference?…… Why not inquire about a professor from the school i did complete… Like all staffing agencies turnover is high and the culture is toxic. Both members bragged about graduating from prestigious universities but work 10+ hours at a high stress job… Due to a recent layoff I was desperate for a paycheck luckily that afternoon I received an offer. My advice as a sales professional steer clear of this culture and business. Many more lucrative low level stress jobs such as territory management or account executive positions. If the company was really great they would not always be looking to “ fill seats”.

The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

They asked me about my education goals and how they directly aligned with the medical sales recruiter role
A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.
Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
