Up until the point of the final interview everything was fast and smooth. There are two phone interviews one with one hr rep and another with 2 hr reps. Then there is an on-site. The on-site was horrible as they didn’t really ask any prevalent questions because they said they looked at my resume. They also said they would get back to me in a week and that they like to provide feedback if you didn’t get an off. But what they actually do is ghost you if you don’t get an offer. The manager in Chicago was mean during the final interview and snarky about smart she was with her college degree from Illinois state.

What college to you go to?
Follows up with: Oh I went to isu which is so much better
It was Multiple rounds with recruiter then the office manager and an onsite to meet more of the team. The interview process was very clear and easy they made it seamless.
Interviewers were standoffish and not very friendly. Interview process took a long time and didn’t hear back for a while once done. Overall it was an okay experience, wouldn’t recommend.

The job sounded good however, the man interviewing me said he would call me back regardless to let me know if I got the job or not and it's been 2 months and I didn't hear a word back from them which I thought was unprofessional
