First I had apply online, then met with Director of Nursing, toured facility, the interview itself was fairly brief and the questions were typical. I met with many different staff members on the tour. The job offer came during the interview, and then the salary, benefits and schedule were all explained at a different time. The orientation process was not described in detail during the interview either. It had elements of traditional interview, but was fairly brief and seemed as though it were only a formality.
