Our recruitment process is structured in a way to understand a potential candidate's fit for the role and within the culture of the organisation. For our senior level roles, we put more rigor into the process, due to how crucial it is to find the right individual, although four hours is an exception. During the pandemic, we have only conducted final interviews within the office if it is felt appropriate and only when this has been allowed by the government. During these times it is our policy to ask every candidate if they are comfortable and would like to meet in person. If they are not, the interview always takes place virtually.
