Definitely the best interview i have gone through in a long time. The process was good and structured. It has 4 stages and all interviews were online. Stage 1 45min Hiring Manager Interview Great guy and super friendly; Questions were based on resume, best practises, projects etc Stage 2 Take home assessment (Coding Challenge) I was given 7 days to work on it and then present the results in the next interview. Stage 3 1hr30min Interview with a senior engineer, a team lead and the hiring manager. I really enjoined this stage of the interview, the interviewers were very professional, helpful and made a good impressions, the session was very interactive. The interviewers were super friendly, and were with me on the journey. Questions were based on the coding challenge; such as, why did i implement a function the way i did, some questions were on clean architecture as well. Best interview i have participated on in a long time for real. Stage 4 (Final Stage) 30min Meet the team session. On this round i got to meet my potential coworkers. They were all super friendly and welcoming. The session was interactive but i felt i was doing more of the questioning than them. But all in all it was a great session and i enjoyed it.
