The interview was very straight forward about the job description and what they are looking for. I did a one on one interview where I was asked situational questions to see if I would be a good candidate. I was then invited back for a second 1 hour working interview, where I got a feel of what the job would be like. Two days later I received a very nice email offering me the position. Immediately after I accepted I received individual email's from the entire Medcillary team welcoming me to the company.
