I met with the General Manager and Human Resources Manager. They were both very nice and welcoming. I felt really comfortable talking with them. They asked me questions and they both made notes pertaining to what I answered.

Received a call to schedule an interview for the next day. Arrived early and checked in with the security guard. I had to stand on a folded up rug in the tiny glass vestibule for someone to come get me. I was taken to a tiny, dingy room with a single table. Interview was typical with 2 managers asking questions but I feel like they were trying to scare me the whole time about how much work is involved. Kept stressing about multi tasking and made is sound like a really unpleasant place. One of Managers asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up which is offensive and not very professional. They also told me there is no room for advancement unless I have a degree. I received a call a few days later and was offered the position. I requested .50 cents more than the starting wage because I have a lot of experience and was told they would have to send a request to the president for approval. I was already taking a 2 dollar pay cut from my last job. I waited 2 days and finally received a call advising they could not offer me the .50 cents more that I requested. HR assured me that I would receive a standard 2% raise after a year though. I got a really bad feeling from this place which is unfortunate because I had high hopes.
