I got the job through a recruiting agency, which is currently how Mckesson hires most of its customer service reps, and the interview process was pretty simple. Glassdoor wants me to fill in a bunch of empty words here and describe more than what is actually there so you can stop reading as I have nothing else to say about it. It was very easy.

Just basic questions about experience nothing too difficult.
Manageable, but not over the top. Similar to a pharma interview. I needed to close the hiring manager. There were 4 interviews in total and 1 field ride. The interview process took 3 weeks.

Entretien
I applied with my resume for an interesting position with an attractive pay range. Gia, the AI assistant, helped schedule a Teams interview. The recruiter was clearly reading from a script with a checklist, and when I answered everything positively, I was told the top of the pay range was significantly less than what was advertised.
It was an average interview. Same questions you would be asked for any similar position at another company. Hiring manager was friendly enough, but it seemed like they were somewhere else mentally.
