Apply online, take personality test, interview with sales manager at corprate. Sometimes, you will interview again with a PM. Sometimes, they just hire you straight away and you are assigned a PM.

The interview process was pretty much average. Not hard at all. Very laid back and the sales manager was nice. The PM was super respectful &seemed to be really interested in what I had to say and my experience prior to MHI
