A bit informal, but easy to get through. Just a few questions. Give contact information, get hourly wage, hours you can work, normal things to get in an interview. Didn't exactly feel comfortable during the interview because of customers and employees staring, but that's out of the reach of managment.
Easy behavioral style interview and i was hired on the spot, just STAR method questions. Easy if you have ever had customer service experience of any kind, so just talk about how you are good with customers and want to learn

I felt comfortable and relaxed. No complaints. It was a great experience. I would tell people not to stress over the process. I hope everyone does well.

Entretien
Everything was easy there was no hard questions. Just behavioral and customer service questions. The manager was super nice and they understood my schedule completely. I asked for part time opportunity and they were willing to work around my schedule.
