One-to-one, in-person interview involving straightforward questions about my background, education, and professional experience. The discussion focused on my CV, including academic projects, work placements, technical skills, key achievements, and motivations for applying, while also exploring my strengths, career goals, and suitability for the role.
After applying through their system, in-person interview. It was very easy and casual. (2024, Dublin) Some questions about food safety and hospitality but it's also easy and simple questions. I did an interview in the dinning area, the second floor of the shop.

Honestly, good servce but poor management, supervisor know nothing, all blaming on us, but colleagues are fair, nice working environments. Still like that place. Working loads are fair, normally 8 hours/day, but always suffered when facing hard deal customers.

I saw a few positions open on indeed, did a quick screening, a few days later i came in, went to the front desk and asked for an interview, I was pointed to a table near the counter and a few minutes later a lady came over with a clipboard, it was a pretty positive experience, even if I don't get the job.
