Easy interview lasted under 5 minutes, basically why do you want to work for McDonalds. I just answered with to build a good community of peers and that I had a friend who loved working at McDonald’s as she found her husband there.
The interview process for a McDonald’s Crew Member position was straightforward, friendly, and focused on basic customer service and teamwork skills. The Hiring Manager asked simple questions about availability, previous experience, reliability, and handling customer interactions. The interview was welcoming, entry-level, and designed to assess attitude and willingness to learn.
