5 questions via email, 40 min zoom interview with their APP’s that asked me 4 behavioral questions , then 3-30 min Zoom interviews with physicians, staff, and administrators where again behavioral questions were asked. Following that interview they did ask for 2 references and checked with both by phone. Still have not heard back regarding an offer.

You are first scheduled for a zoom meeting with the operations administrator. After that there is an in person interview with three separate people, a meet and great, and then a group interview

Initial phone call followed by email negotiation. Very friendly. Difficult to assess benefits packages. Recruiter got back to me in less than a day and the initial negation offer less than 48 hours later
