I interviewed during Covid, so my interview took place on Skype business. 1-hour with recruiter 1.5-hour with Nurse Manager of floor + manager of another floor The first part of the interview was mostly clerical information. He told me about the job, the area, the onboarding process if I were to accept a possible job offer. Then he asked me one behavioral interview question and one clinical reasoning question. He gave me very in depth feedback to both and even helped me prepare a bit for the second part of my interview. The interview with the nurse managers were a couple questions about me and my career goals and why I wanted to come to Mayo and that unit specifically. Then lots of behavioral interview questions, then three clinical reasoning questions.
